ICEPAC - for records and document management. ICEPAC is a client-server application which has been in use since 1995 and efficiently manages millions of document records for one of our largest customers.
ICEPAC has been designed to satisfy the entire control and management requirements of large construction and manufacturing projects - including Power Station Design & Build, Civil, and large Manufacturing Projects.
ICEPAC is both powerful and flexible, designed to provide instantaneous access to the latest project information and yet still employ company specific reference codes and customisable reference data.
Starting with a user definable set of reference data, ICEPAC can begin at the pre-contract stage, and if a project results, it will evolve to control and manage the vast quantities of data generated through Drawing Registers, Communication Logs, Despatch Schedules, Shipping Lists and Site Systems.
ICEPAC is modular in design, its data is fully integrated, yet it is still possible to operate most of the modules in isolation. This approach means implementation can be gradual and digestible.
Integrated links can be provided to systems such as desktop products from Microsoft, CAD, DIP, Planning and Financial systems.
ICEPAC is the project administration and control software, which provides the ‘missing glue’ giving project engineers & managers complete control of large-scale engineering and construction projects.
