Secure Download Area
The Secure Download Area (SDA) is used to host our applications and patches, as well as related documentation, help manuals etc. Because it is secured, it is first necessary to register a user account, before the SDA may be accessed. The SDA is protected by SSL 128-bit encryption.
GoToMeeting
For “web meetings” and real-time support issues, Cloudis make use of the Citrix GoToMeeting application. An email is issued to all attendees with a link to the hosted meeting, and a plug-in must be downloaded/installed (by pressing the link) to attend.
